Colin is from a wealthy family who owns a mining business. Originally, Colin was just a playboy who loved playing around with his family.

However, Colin's father who wanted not only wealth but also honor, forced Colin to enter politics. Colin became a party member overnight and endeavored to act like a politician to fit his environment, but he could not conceal his frivolous nature.

Colin was a faithful guv; the members considered him to be pathetic or a pawn to take advantage of. Colin decided to quit despite the wishes of his family because he had already become sick of politicians who were just trying to hold a sword over each other's head.

The person who kept the confused Colin from leaving Blueco was Metron. an emerging youth in Blueco. Metron persuaded Colin to join his force and allowed him to do easy and upright jobs that Colin could handle. With the care of the Metron. Colin was able to continue to work at Blueco.

Colin is a member of Blueco's emerging force who follows Metron.
