of the south-east part of Lenombe's borderland.
Hekin is driven by vanity, who made his Airship using the money earned from various illegal activities like exploiting commoners, even though he is only a low-class aristocrat. Viscount Hekin uses his Airship to pressure the surrounding villages and extort them while showing off his power. Hekin also leads his force. However. Hekin is myopic and only focuses on short-term achievements, so he hires mercenaries and adventurers rather than training them himself. To increase his influence in the political arena, he lobbied high-class aristocrats in the capital city, but the high-class aristocrats ignored the puppyish Hekin. However, Hekin still believes he is gaining credit from the nobles in the capital and that he will shortly be able to enjoy a more luxurious life in the capital. |
