Leto is capable enough to be a leader of such exceptional assassins but is highly pretentious in his speech and actions. What he says is not completely wrong since he is somewhat skillful, but the others don't trust him since he often exaggerates when he talks. Few are dissatisfied with Leto being a leader since he is good enough to be one. However, the assassins under his control constantly request for a transfer to another group, because they got tired of listening to his fatuous words every day. Although the heads are aware of the situation and even had considered demoting Leto, they failed to find a successor of Leto since all the assassins who were as good as Leto were already leaders of a group. |
