Apart of the military power of Saint West’s regular army, which is difficult to join.

Saint West has fought both small-scale and large-scale wars against Bronn for a long time while encountering other nation's forces on the sea. Saint West is a military power with a high-quality navy and army but does not accept everyone because the overall level of its soldiers is so high.

Since joining the force of Saint West requires having good stamina and the ability to handle weapons, only young men with promising battle skills from many villages apply.

However, they get frustrated after joining the force because of the intensive training and the outstanding battle skills of the other recruits.

Saint shieldmen are famous for firmly defending against the enemies' attacks with their shields and breaking the enemies' armor with their maces. With their strength, they can crush solid armors in a single strike.
